Can I cancel at any time?+

Yes, no commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time from settings. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

How do I migrate from TERAP or another software?+

We offer free CSV import. Send us your export and we'll migrate your patients within 24 hours.

Is my data secure?+

All patient data is AES-256 encrypted at rest. Our servers are hosted in Geneva (Infomaniak), compliant with FADP and GDPR.

Does the voice dictation work well in French?+

Yes. We use a self-hosted open-source transcription model running on our own servers in Geneva. No audio is ever sent to OpenAI, Google or Amazon. The model is optimized for French and recognizes therapeutic vocabulary as well as Swiss accents.
