Yes. We use a self-hosted open-source transcription model running on our own servers in Geneva. No audio is ever sent to OpenAI, Google or Amazon. The model is optimized for French and recognizes therapeutic vocabulary as well as Swiss accents.

Under tiers payant, Therago transmits the invoice electronically to the insurer through a certified Swiss partner, with status tracking (sent, accepted, rejected) right inside the app. Under tiers garant, the invoice is delivered to the patient through that same electronic channel. Transmission requires your connection to the Swiss electronic billing network, billed at around CHF 5/month by the operator and not by Therago; we help you set it up.
