Exclusively in Switzerland, in Infomaniak datacenters in Geneva, ISO 27001 certified. Patient records, session notes and voice recordings are hosted and processed there, and never leave the country. Some features you enable yourself involve providers outside Switzerland — email delivery, SMS reminders, calendar sync. Our privacy policy states exactly what each one receives.
Yes. Our encryption architecture means we are technically unable to access your patient data. A data processing agreement (DPA) compliant with the FADP is signed upon registration. We are bound by the same confidentiality obligations as you.
Yes. We do NOT use ChatGPT, Google or any other US cloud service. Transcription is processed on our own servers in Geneva. Audio is deleted immediately after transcription. Data is encrypted and never used to train an AI model.
